The S.T.A.R. (Services to At-Risk Youth) Program provides free counseling services to families with children ages 17 and younger who have experienced family conflict, a child running away, youth involved in legal offenses, or truancy.
We help families establish and achieve goals that strengthen and promote their well-being.
